The Stallions

Diamond Bask
(*Bask x Jurlaina)

Our life and farm has revolved around a magnificent stallion named Diamond Bask, the son of the immortal Bask. He is a wonderful horse, with excellent conformation which allows him to move with the power and grace of an Olympic athlete, even at twenty three years of age. The Diamond Bask story is a wonderful tribute to the "heart of the Arabian". After overcoming the displacement of seven vertebrae, he was able to enter the show ring at age fifteen - and attain a Reserve National Pleasure Driving title. After his brief show career (4 shows), we began breeding Diamond and his get are a true reflection of the prodigy of a "breeding stallion". The foals of Diamond Bask have excellent conformation (which allows them to be athletic), beauty, intelligence and the willingness to work with and please their owners. We call Diamond's foals "The Diamond Collection". (For the incredible story of Diamond Bask, contact Ascension Farms and request a copy of the Diamond Bask story.)

Diamonds N Jazz
(Diamond Bask x Rhapsody In Bey (Emperative x RE-JO Galouraf)

Diamonds N Jazz is a stallion with an impeccable pedigree. He is blessed with the beauty and athleticism of his sire and dam. He has been prepared to show in English Pleasure and will be shown in 2003. He not only has the beauty of Diamond Bask, be he has the natural ability to attain the trot necessary for an English Pleasure horse because of his excellent conformation and his powerful hocks. He is a stallion with a wonderful disposition, always kind and willing to work - especially for a carrot.

Breeding fee: $1,500

Diamonds Red Mist
(Diamond Bask x KK Mist Bey ( Bay El Bey z Autummn Fire)

Our Five year old, chestnut stallion runs the hills with geldings. Visitors to the farm are always surprised to find that the red horse, with an incredible trot, is actually a five year old stallion. He is extremely gentle, with a kind loving attitude. He is just at the age where he will now be asked to begin their work until the age of four as we feel that they are not matured mentally or physically and need to be allowed to enjoy being a "horse " running the fields to develop their bodies and to socialize with other horses. "Red " is currently in training and on his way to the show ring. His pedigree is exceptional and his conformation, his attitude and his athletic ability reflects the find breeding of this stallion.

Breeding Fee: $1,500
